Refund policy

At Zockwoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return Period: You must initiate your return request within 30 days from the date your package was marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee: FREE. Zockwoo covers all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees, processing fees, or return handling fees.
  • Return Labels: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email. You will not have to pay anything at the post office.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@zockwoo.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the prepaid label, secure it to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@zockwoo.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by issuing a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 2-3 business days to confirm its eligibility.
  • Approval Notification: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
  • Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeframe: It takes up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and officially post to your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
