Thank you for shopping at Zockwoo! We are dedicated to delivering your order accurately and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Scope & Markets

We currently specialize in and ship exclusively to customers within the United States. All transactions and pricing on our store are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders nationwide. There are no hidden fees, customs duties, or taxes added at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

We work diligently to ensure your order is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that we process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian and US public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
  • Transit / Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days.

Note: While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, occasional transit delays caused by customs inspection or carrier peak seasons may occur. If your order faces a significant delay, our support team will contact you proactively.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order status directly through our website or via the carrier's official tracking portal. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Failures

  • Address Corrections: Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us at support@zockwoo.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, the address cannot be altered.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package from the local courier, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or a partial refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if tracking indicates that the package has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@zockwoo.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
